So I figured I wanted to have an after market stereo installed. Got a AI kit and swapped radio bezels.

I connected all three A/C controls and plugged the defroster plug of the aftermarket kit into the factory radio harness. For a first minute everything seemed to be fine. Everything worked including the rear defroster (button light came on/off with the press). And them something went terribly wrong.

Suddenly, without any apparent reason the following list of issues have developed:

1. All windows are not working.
2. Rear defroster not working.
3. Radio and clock not working (factory ones when swapped back)
4. High beam light on the dash is on and goes off when you actually turn the high beam on)
5. 4-way alarm flashers not working
5. Air bag light flashing when in park and constantly on when driving.
6. Power locks don't work.
7. Wipers don't work.

Things that work:

1. The car starts up and drives without any problem.
2. Exterior light working fine.
3. Dash lights work
4. A/C controls work.

All fuses I could find seem to be intact. I reset the battery, but everything went back to the same broken state.

Any help, ideas or opinions will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a ground wire came loose. I remember this happened to someone else, but I don't remember where the topic is.

Found it. It happened to be a single 15A blown fuse by the brake pedal. The weird thing is that so many issues were related to a single fuse.
