What is this part? This part is located just above the brake fluid reservoir. Thanks for your help. Markings are A/C, B/B, S and A1. What are some symptoms if it is broken?

It distributes vacuum. Big hose from the intake, big hose to the brake booster. Smaller to other devices. No moving parts, fail rare if at all. Hoses, different story.
Hard plastic lines can be replaced with vacuum hoses.
Pic of WW hose fixes with soft plastic hose headed in hot water and pushed on. Not a Bull but works on all brands.
