It's finally been warm enough to work on the rusted out brake lines on my '95 sable wagon with Anti-lock brakes.

The rear fittings (to the hoses going to the calipers) had a 7/16" hex with a 3/8 - 24 threads and the fittings were SAE 45 degree flare (inverted/double). While the front fittings were Metric. The one with the 12mm hex head had 10 x 1.0 threads and the one with the 13mm hex head had 12 x 1.0 threads. Both front fittings had bubble flares. While it may be that different size fittings were used to insure the lines didn't get switched, it can catch one off guard when ordering replacement fittings.

Same way with the G3s. All flares are bubble flares though.
