I got 40 square feet of second skin damplifier for christmas. :banana:

Do any of you guys have any advice on installing it?

It's best to install it when the ambient temperature is above 65F, otherwise it's tough to work with and won't adhere as well. Using a heat gun or blow dryer will help too. Use a small roller to really make it stick and conform.

Depends on the audio system and the car, but for most cars and set ups, it helps.

For example if you have a basic setup with a big sub in the trunk, just insulating the trunk with deadener makes a big difference. The trunk will rattle less and the bass output will improve.

I'm running one 10" sub on a 200WRMS amp, and my rear parcel shelf rattles worse than a crack addict's teeth. It doesn't take much to find the rattles in these cars.

I just finished up on the front doors.

It was a bit harder than I thought it would be. Took me four hours. But once I finished the driver door, the passenger door was a bit easier as I knew what to expect.

Floor boards and trunk are next.

I have my whole trunk lined with dynamat and i need to do the whole car because it reduced the rattle from the subs by A LOT!!
