I'll let the pictures speak for themselves..

Donor SHO

once the window is removed..maybe then I'll take some pictures. (outside)
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126607&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

inside of the door, everything is removed.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126608&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

instead of unriviting the window we just pulled it off the sliders.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126609&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

The window resting on the windshield as I scavenge the gauge cluster.. BTW, anyone want a 92 SHO cluster?
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126618&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

We meet the guy that took most of the SHOs SHO parts. Then he takes off with the from bumper and bumper cover.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126626&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Gentle, gentle.. don't scratch the door.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126628&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

and it's off.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126629&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

OK. I have all the parts, now to put it back together.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126630&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

easier said then done.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126631&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Oh, wait, I have to take all that glass out first.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126632&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

*puts window in*.. it got dark so I didn't take anymore pictures.. the window was put in, now I need to buy new clips so the door panel can go back on.

the window is in!.. now to clean it off.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126633&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

..still no door panel.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126634&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

but I'll remove that pesky sticker.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126636&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

almost done.. careful.. careful..don't scratch the glass.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126637&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

now there's just a little bit of adhesive left.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126638&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

after cleaning off the yellow writing from the junkyard.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126639&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

The finished product. (almost, just needs a door panel)
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=126641&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='640' height='480' class='attach' />

mmm.. original Carlite glass.

Ok when I took off my trim panel I had a steel plate rivited onto the other side of the vapor barrier so I could not get to the window. Did your car not have one or did you already get it removed?
