I did my brakes last year at this time with Quite Stop Pads ($65) and Rotors ($50 each) from Raybestos.

I did the entire job according to book. Did not have any problem after the installation, everyhting was smooth. I put 10K since then.

Now, infamous vibration is back when brakes are applied. Iam kinda sedative driver too, %80 of my driving is from/to train station, daily 16 miles. I don't understand how the heck I scored the rotors.

Now I am debating getting rotors turned or buy different brand. Should I get them returned on the car or on the lathe? Any experience on that?

The car feels like leaning to much to front during or may be I am dreaming.

So let me hear from you guys...

Thanks

Did you torque all the lug nuts down to the correct rating? If they're not all the same that can warp rotors.

Did you buy vented of solid discs? a vented disk will dissipate more heat and keep cooler, redusing warpage.
