I need to get an adaptor plate for an aftermarket HU for my Gen 4. I'll be purchasing a new HU in the near future and want to get everything together that I need.

i have a gen3 adapter for sale but then again thats not gonna help ya. Maybe just go to crutchfield and get a new one, thats what i did for my gen4 ses.

I jason give me a call. I have done that twice
and if you need any help with your car sterio just
give me a call and dont buy from crutchfield the cost
way to much

will do... I'm just gathering parts right now... won't be doing any actual install or anything til next year - which isn't far away!

For my Pioneer head unit, I used theMetra Dash Kit, which I think looks much more stock than the Scosche one.

Also, you would think the manufacturers of these dash kits would be smart enough to use plastic which matches the texture of the rest of the dash. The dash in my gen4 is smooth plastic, whereas the kit uses a rough plastic.

That is odd that they don't use the same plastic.

the reason they use rough past is b/c it doesn't scratch as easy
as the smooth plastic. but it looks alot better then the gen3
dash plates the gen3's look like crap
