will the front and rear seats from a gen 4 taurus fit in a gen II taurus with or without modifications? especially the front seats with the flip out console?

Not positive about the fronts, especially with the power seats, but the rears definetly won't.
However, the 1G seats will swap, so if you find a nice older car, you can swap with confidence. I have a rear seat from a 90 in my 93.
