I searched and cannot find.

What are the main differences between the SES and SEL models? I understand the SE's are pretty much the entry level ones with basic equipment, no extra options, etc.

Basically, when shopping for a Gen 4, what model should I be looking for? I'm in search of the Duratec motor, floor shifter, leather, power seat, and moonroof. The Duratec motor, power seat, and floor shifter are of more need to me and would realyl like the rest of the options if I can find them (probably the SEL right for leather adn moonroof?) Which options are most frequently found in which model? Anyone have a breakdown of standard features/comparisons for the features bewteen models for 2000-2002 models?

Actually the LX is the base model. If you want those options you will need the SES or SEL. I have a brochure for 2002:

The year 2000 is kind of an amalgum. My SE is an SEL on paper, but doesnt have the badging. You would want an SEL or an SES for the moonroof. However, some models dont have this option.
