On rock auto I noticed there's a grommet listed for the pcv. Is this specific grommet actually used on the gen 4.5 DOHC Taurus?

It is not for the DOHC. None available as far as I know.

Pic of the grommet and the PCV valve. Not much can happen to it to make it un-usable.
