gen 3 steering rack seal replacement

Well, of all the things i have done to keep this old beater running, (including a rack change once) this is a new one on me
the steering rack appears to be leaking at the seal where the inner tie rod attaches to it on the drivers side. Are these seals even
available? has anyone done this? can it be done on the car without taking the rack out? Just starting to research the issue now.
