just a tip.. but honestly... most of these bodykits work with larger wheels... i was looking at some of the pics.. and honestly the 16" wheels just dont cut it... you need some 18s imho... maybe not.. maybe just 17s....... but a car with a bodykit and small diameter wheels.. that are not even flush with fenders just looks out of place...

18s or 17s... that are low profile... flush with fender line... low enough so it doesnt cross the circular curve of the fender vs wheel... and not high so it looks like a 4x4... then you'll have a winner...

To get the wheels flush either put some spacers on.. not sure on the length of the lugs though on a taurus... or get some lower offset wheels...

I have a fender roller/puller... perhaps even pulling the fenders and rolling them slightly would look nice on these cars.. i was just telling my dad that when I saw his car lowered today.

This is an s14 240sx, with 18x10 wheels and 265/35/18 tires...

Not actually a great example of flushness.. its actually a stretched tire look too.. im usually against all that as im function over form (eg; 17x9 255/40/17 as opposed to 235/40/17 on an 17x9 stretched)... but if you're trying to make these cars baller status lol or something... just a thought...

Oh one more thing to add, that is an 04, which the headlights and bumpers are different, make sure they bolt up right (I think they will though).
This is actually an '03, according to what Andy's Auto Sport told me. Does someone here know if an '04 is considerably different than the '00 to '03? I'm sure Andy's Auto Sport would want to know that.
They are misinformed. It IS an 04. Here is how you can tell in those pics, all these changes were for 04:

No spear on the front grill
Rear tails lights clear across the bottom
Monochromatic spear (body color)
Different Taurus badging

I have a 05 taurus se, will that kit match up to the mounts on mine.. AAS site says it only goes up to a 03

Yes, it will. It'll fit any Taurus from 2000-2007.
Aww this sucks. I've been saving for a kit for my Gen4. And after some careful measurements I found out that once the kit is on I'll never be able to pull into my driveway again. The stock bumper verily clears the driveway entrance ramp and the stock skirts come from about inch and a half of clearing too. The car will set way to low. Darnit! :(

It will fit but you will have to either put a 2000-2004 grill in or modify the body kit to fit the 05 grill. The 05+ grills have a more rounded look while the 00-04 aren't as rounded. Thats what they told me at AAS
not bad way better then the bomber set for a 89 95 bull

2000-2003 has the oval grille, 2004-2007 has the trapezoid grille.
No more body kits? The links lead to nowhere.

I happen to like the second body kit.
It's not bad, per se, as far as body kits go. But, it doesn't belong on a Taurus. If you want to change things up a bit, go with a Mach 1 chin spoiler and a FACTORY style trunk spoiler. Keep rice away from Bulls.
The Extreme Dimensions kit isn't too bad. Loose the stripes and get some better looking wheels and it might look good.
