I need to test my fuel pressure via the shrader valve but I have no idea what the idle PSI of the system. I know it has a 60LPH fuel pump but other than that im lost. Can anyone shine some light onto this for me?

According to my haynes manual, it is 26-45 psi with engine running, and 37-45 psi with key on, engine not running. that is for the 1996-2000 models.
