Anyone know it this is stock? It may have been part of the Supercharge install. It comes up back of the pass side strut tower and there is a brass fitting that looks like a compression fitting. (not sure) Anyone know what the factory fuel lines look like and if this is in fact not OEM. Also some sdvice one how to fix it. Re line the car from tank to rail or do you think I could somehow mend the plactic line by the strut tower to the rail with something? Any advice would help. If you cant see in the pix its leaking on the fuel rail side of the brass fitting when the car is running or has just run (when the fule system is under pressure)

If it's that Black line with the brass fitting then that part# GM6264-M Type 12 is a GM part# with description of "plastic fuel / vapor line."
Same part# GM uses from the factory on Cadillacs etc.
I'd say someone had to re-rout a few things for the S/C install. Its a nylon fitting wich can be easily replaced.
