That looks like a G4 Vulcan intake. Will it even work on a G3? Also, Do you know what aftermarket TB will bolt up to that intake plate?

Looks like one of those fabled King intakes. If I hadn't seen the picture, I wouldn't have believed they existed!

with some slight mods on egr an throttle linkage probably, that LOOKS like it would fit any gen.

supposedly ported with an extended intake to match an 56/80mm TB, but i'm no expert and hadn't thought about this thing for a long time, i think there's a post on the old boards about it if you want to do a search.
