After bringing in my car (Ford Taurus 2003 SEL) for an oil change I found that my car vibrates when turning at certain speeds (like coming off the highway). No other issues besides that, accelerates fine and no vibrations while going straight or switching lanes or breaking, just while making significant turns. Is my power steering to blame or maybe the tires aren't fully aligned?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

You need to describe it more. Does the vibration frequency relate to engine RPM, road speed, or something else? Does it appear & remain at full-strength until it stops, or does it increase & decrease? Is it in the steering wheel, the seat, or somewhere else? Does it seem to shake up-down, left-right, fore-aft...? Is it only when turning right (on an exit ramp), or also left? Can you duplicate it in an empty parking lot? Or is it always on the same place on a particular road?

Alignment cannot cause vibration. Only something rotating either out-of-balance or out-of-round, or something oscillating due to mechanical slop (like loose tie rod ends), will cause a vibration. What do the tires look like? Read this page & the NEXT:
