My 2001 Taurus shakes (not pulses) when applying brakes at higher speeds, like on an exit ramp. It does not always do it but more often than not. What are the possible causes?

I would guess you have pad build up on the rotors or/and unevenly worn pads.

You can try the old 60-5 mph hard three times to see if that helps.

I replaced the pads, rotors and tires about 3000 miles ago.

My car shakes... :(

It's going to the shop on Monday... this is like the third time recently that I've had to get the front suspension fixed :(
