Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do to a '95 GL with a 3.0 vulcan that is either free, or REALLY cheap? I need my car to look stock because my dad drives it sometimes, so no interior stripping.

Also, it can't take up more than an hour because my mom is against modifying cars and I would have to get it done before she gets home.

My number one suggestion would be to get a set of Sylvania SilverStar headlamps...$37.99 at WalMart. I don't know if that fits your definition of "ultra-cheap" but it really is a significant safety improvement for the money.

cut out part of the air silencer, just dont let them see the parts u've cut out

Torque strap. It's about $10 and you can probably do it in an hour.

Take out the donut and carry one of those 'fix-a-flat' cans isntead. the lesser weigt will give you a very slightly better power/weight ratio. Put synthetic oil in, it gives aslightly better mpg.

My brother built his own cold air intake. Had the pipes mandrell bent at a local shop. It took about 3 nights averaging an hour a night to complete.
