[Forgive the Audacious Interrogation, from a Novice here]

Someone had mentioned the Obvious difference between the Ford Output Shaft Seal on the Transmission and the Aftermarket device.
So,I acquired both.
'Vast difference in construction and engineering !
The Ford part is on the Left in the Pictures.
The "National" part is on the right in the pictures.
(The National Part IS going right back to O'Reilly's)

The Interrogation Section:
Anybody have any experience with the Ford Part V.S. Aftermarket in the Area of:

C.V. Halfshafts ?

Or

Front Hub/Bearing assemblies ?

For any part it depends on who Ford contracted out for their part, IE, KYB is their typical supplier for shocks/struts. Considering "National" is a Federal-Mogul brand and the sheer size of F-M, they may have supplied that "Ford" seal back in the day.
