Taurus/Sable and other Ford products share a bunch of brake parts.
Attached is an example.

Makes parts easy to get.

That compared to many other brands and war stories.

Common Brakes

I've never heard of or seen a Continental SpinMaker edition. Huh...Google Time!
For me, my '02 Lincoln Cont and my '01 Sable have exactly the same brake parts. My '03 Sable is rear drums but has the same fronts as the other two. Ford Motor for yeas has tried to have common parts to keep invetory down, but I am sure that is now a thing of the past.

And one more:
Friend called me while back, doing brakes on some foreign car for his daughter. Asked me how to get the rotors off. Well, I said the wheel holds them on, and maybe a little screw in the hub for convenience. NO WAY!

I learned they bolted the rotors on the inside of the flange. Had to take the spindles off and to a shop, pressed the bearing off and bolted new rotors on, pressed new bearing on. Spindles back an and aligned.

So makes some of Taurus stuff look easy by comparison.

Happy breaking, brakeing, or whatever.

And I do not know what some of those cars are on the list.
