Floor Shifter

my friends dad has a en 2 taurus gl, vulcan and i noticed something odd about it today... it has a floor shifter. just curious, was this an option that was offered back then? and if so, would it be an option for all those who want to convert to a floor shifter from the column shifter?

i saw a white 95 LX wagon with a floor shifter...looked like an SHO inside..

to mrcow32 - you couldn't possibly have handled this situation any better. Sometimes in life, you just get... *#!&#%...and there's not a lot you can do about it. This would be one of those times. I have no doubt that you will get off, especially with a good lawyer. And with a DA who doesn't really care for going to trial, she'll cave into something a lot more reasonable.
