Prove what?? Do you not understand what I do for a living? 12Volt_rep means I rep 12 volt which means car audio. Pioneer authorizes like 7 web sites to sell their product and according to them Sound Domain is not one of them, nor is Etronics. Where did you get your false information at?

Well let me rephrase that
I was told that I would get pioneers full warranty if i bought with sound domain, whereas etronics had some sort of inhouse warranty. thats what sound domain told me....

Okay, that could be to an extent. But at first you said they were "authorized dealers for all their products". That is why I said it was a false statement. I also think they are being very misleading when saying they can support Pioneer's warranty. The only thing I can think of is that the place they are buying it from is an authorized dealer or distributor and they handle the returns for them. Pioneer service centers have been known to refuse warranty repairs from unauthorized dealers. Hell, they have even called me to verify in the dealers before. As they say, "Buyer beware", when buying anything off the web.

I said "authorized reseller" losely, because of how they honor Pioneer's warranty. I just didn't know how else to put it...
