Outlook is scheduled to check email every hour. No need to click.

My work and personal are one in the same. When I'm working I have it open all the time and it's instant, at home I open it pretty often. It's pretty much the first thing I do when I sit down at a computer with Internet access. However, on the weekends and holidays I rarely check e-mail.
I live on Microsoft Exchange Server Outlook Web Access.

I've got Coolmon running on my desktop (no need to have Outlook up constantly); I have it set to check my email every 15 min but I can put it as low as 1 min (maybe lower).
