search is your friend....i have posted several times about this....if you want more info please search on the subject or feel free to call me @ 585-414-4900 (brad).
It involves getting the three controls, some vacuum line, blower motor resistor pack, spare wire, and the connectors that attach to the back of the 3 controls... once you have these things you need to very electrically inclined...like able to read a schematic....not "i can replace a plug in my house"
If there was a big enough demand, i would make a kit with instructions.
