When you had them check your battery, did you have them load test your charging system? Perhaps with all your accessories turned on, your charging system cannot keep up with the pace, hence lowering the voltage and causing the car to shut off. You should go somewhere that has a load tester so that they can load test your alternator. I've tested mine and its pumping out 125.6 amps.

Take it somewhere because a VAT tester will be in the $1500 range.
