Hello, need help here.

today had some issues on my car, started with a telltale of blind spot monitoring not working, and then function by function stopped. Some were intermittent (e.g: wipers). Read the codes (there were 40 something) and looks like the main one is U0100-00.
cleared the codes and will be checking electric parts: battery, fuses, connections.

does anyone have some advice? How should I start?

noob here

thanks

Sounds like a ground has corrosion on it. Start with your battery cable and work backwards from there.

Checked the battery (12.10V on auxiliary , 10.4V during ignition. Also, checked batery terminal and the ground. No corrosion.

the ground that I found are very close to the battery and fuse box (behind driver’s headlight). Are there more grounds? I will keep searching.

also, I wasn’t able to find which fuse is the correct for the EBCM. Looked on pages 271 to 279 on manual.

any further hints are really appreciated.

Found a strange wire coming to bcm. Removed and codes cleared (at least for now)

Sunroof stopped working when this weird looking wiring was removed.

Took to dealership, they found out that power steering control module have some issues leading to loss of high speed CAN activity. Is it possible to replace the module and then taking to dealership for reflash?
