For convience, im going to lay them down as a list;

1: When pressing the gas after starting the car, the engine shuts off with the theft light on unless I jackrabbit the acceleration, afterwards it drives just fine.

2: With the engine running, the ABS, TC and check engine light is on with the left blinker dim.

3: When turning on the left blinker, the engine shuts off and the left blinker and engine light blink rapidly. After turning off the blinker the car sits in standby as tho its waiting for the ignition.

4: Honking the horn will turn off the engine

5: Turning on the windshield washer fluid will cause a never ending stream of washer fluid, only stops when turning off the car or turning on the wiper blades manually

6: The wiper blades make a grinding sound when powered on, no matter what level they are at

7: The doors lock/unlock via the door lock button, but will not unlock via remote

8: The driver window will not roll up but down

9: The interior door lights will turn off when turning on the parking/headlights but turn off when the headlight/parking lights are off

10: Engine turns off when turning on the head lights

Note: The engine and transmission make no unusual sounds when shifting or Turning on and i am able to reach 80mph without any issues.
All brakes are working fine.
Right blinker works without any problems
Braking lights work fine.
Stereo works fine as well.

Taken it to 2 shops, 1 shop couldn't figure anything out and the 2nd shop was able to get the headlights working via replacing the left bulb but nothing else.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be or any recommendations of service shops (specifically electrical) in Colorado that can address this issue?
I am considering taking it to a ford dealership for them to fix it since they probably have the proper testing equipment and is able to hotswap out electrical components.

Also, this all happened at once. Not one after the other.

sounds like your headed towards a GEM Module... Looking at the wiring diagrams, most of those things are controlled by or run through that box... But before that have a look at your steering column and make sure nobody screwed with the wires... In the case of my 2000 mercury many of those wires were cut into bad enough that they hand to be replaced...

This sounds like a ground problem to me. Check / clean all major grounds as a start. Be sure the engine to frame ground is not missing or corroded away.

Now, im not familiar with where the grounding parts are. I was thinking it was a short similar to such.
Is there a diagram in the Topic Finder for such?

I was thinking that too, only because the theft alarm is suppose to be housed in that as well. Though I could be wrong...

I'm also thinking ground issues...
The lower current items that are working are disabled when a higher current item is triggered.

You may find grounds on either fender behind headlights, the little wires from the battery to the frame, engine to firewall or subframe. May also need to look under dash, it's been reported drivers with big feet have snagged wires and pulled them loose.

According to the topic finder, not all of the symptoms occur at the same time necessarily.

Just an idea. I would also check all of the grounds as other members have mentioned. (Wires in the engine bay that are bolted to the body of the car, even the black ones from the battery.)

What yr. and eng. is the car? Has batt. and charging/starting systems been checked recently?
2003 Ford Taurus SES
24v 2.5l Duratec

i have an Optima Redtop Battery although i have been having some major battery discharge issues mainly revolving around the alternator which i have been meaning to replace, tho the symptoms didnt arise until middle of Oct. i did have my tires replaced and had to replace several wheel studs a few days prior to these electrical issues.

I did have the battery checked out and the alternator checked and they checked good tho i dont believe the alternator being good

Update:

problem been solved, loose ground on the tire wall in the engine area. found it it was by having my car turn off and not start at a service shop after i told them that i will take my car home... lol. They did try to help me get my car jumped but didnt work, so they pushed me to thier parking lot where i started assessing where the grounding cables were, tightened them, drove home without errors

engine light error was fuel pump malfunction. the fuel pump didnt work a few times when i started my car.

thank you guys for your support and input with this issue. :)
