Got two questions:

First, does the metal tube that connects the rear exhaust manifold and the EGR valve on the 3.0 Vulcan have an official name? I broke the one currently on the car when replacing head gaskets and don't want to look like a total doofus when I go hunting for the thing.

Secondly, anybody got one laying around they'd be willing to hook me up with? :)

And take the correct wrench (line if you can find one that big), some fire (MAP gas torch) and maybe some penetrant. Spray it and come back in a day. I tried pulling three different pipes from cars in a local yard; all here in the dry West. In every case my wrench douched the flange/pipe nut. It's also fun getting it off the manifold.

hopefully you'll have better luck.
