The Ford dealer should be able to look up the VIN number and see which one it came with. There may be a sticker on the engine with a calibration number on it. I know that Ford used to do that.

I recently bought a pcm replacement for my car from flagship1 off of ebay. If you call them you may be able to figure out which computer your car needs and order it from them. They're apparently very popular to buy from for random car modules, as well as having the cheapest [remanufactured] pcm I could find (for my car). For your car it's $200 off ebay and $210 off their site directly, idk why it's cheaper off ebay but it is. Good luck!
