I have a low mileage 99 3.0 Flex fuel engine from a wrecked car I plan on putting in a 96 non flex fuel car.
What will I need to change over from the 98 to make it work? ECM ,Injectors, fuelpump or maybe nothing.

You will need the PCM that goes with the engine. Also need the flex fuel module, and probably other stuff. Some sensors are a little different.

That's the way you do it. Money for nothin' and chicks for free.

Dire Straits...great band

and to the OP, you'll want to swap over the larger gas tank to your car as well.

use the block, heads, front cover, oil pan, w-pump, and lower intake, from the flex engine, then mount all the non flex items to it. no harness troubles, bad grounds, etc etc that comes with a major rewire job. then you can raise the rear and steal the larger tank.

you people work too hard, work smarter.
