lately the e-brake light has been coming on when its not on. it does it from a stop and to about 3krpm and if i let of the gas it usually shuts off and also usually does it by itself.
Since the fluid is low, check the brake pads. Usually the reservoir gets low because more fluid is in the caliper pistons because the pads are much thinner from being worn out.
