I bought the Durlast DPFE sensor. At first it worked and my check engine light went off. 2 weeks later, it came back on with the same code.

I went to the junk yard and pulled 2 OEM used DPFE sensors. Code went away.

Returned the aftermarket DPFE sensor. Junk. For some reason, my car didn't like the sensor or it was no good. Save your money and get an OEM from the junkyard or your Ford dealer.

What are your thoughts on the Duralast brand DPFE? I think my car is needing one.

Here it is: http://www.autozone.com/R,1971418/vehicleI...oductDetail.htm

I was surprised the Autozone website said this: http://www.autozone.com/R,184993/vehicleId...oductDetail.htm

I retuned 2 DPFE sensors to Autozone because they both failed in less than two months. The brand name was Wells. I don't buy parts from Autozone anymore. I purchased my DPFE sensor from Advanced Auto and the problem never came back.
