I have a 93 taurus 3.8L V6 automatic GL. Does this car have a "coolant bleed value' and if so where is it located?

No, to bleed coolant you have to fill it, and keep the cap off. When you start car, wati a while till the coolant in engine reaches 190 or so and the thermostat opens, it will drop the fluid, fill back up to top and close and lock cap.

Its good to go after that, just keep checking the reservoir and fill if needed.
