Would the color of my intake,tb etc. Attract more temperature if it was the color black as opposed to alum. color ?

I doubt it. It should be pretty shady under your hood, so light isnt a problem. Only possibility is if the paint conducts or insulates heat better than the aluminum.

dark colors radiate heat better than light colors. but as u know will get hot int the sun but its under the hood so it dont matter. i think a dark blue is the best color
