I am considering converting my Zex kit to a direct port wet kit. It is very dificult to locate any useful information on it. I had to look at ricer club sites like the maxima club and clubsi.com and even they don't have much because the Honda punks pay shops big money to install full automated kits.

Anyways I am thinking of installing the foggers in the phenolic spacer instead of drilling the manifold. The problem I have is jetting. Does anyone have any idea how I can find out the right jetting?

Try calling Zex and asking them for a recommendation. Who would know their systems better? Alternately, call a couple of manufacturers Zex, NOS, etc and ask them for a rec based on your engine specs, wants, etc and see how closely they choose a sizing for you and then take the avg of them all (or close to it, as available).
