So, I started a new course yesterday, and as usual when a new course starts, I nose through the shelf of random parts sitting in the back of the room. Then, this caught my eye:

It's a digital instrument panel out of a Mercury Cougar!



Now, I'm pretty sure it is the same as the one in the older Bulls, but I want to be 100% sure. Are the intrument panels from the Cougar and Taurus the same?

Unfortunately, it's in rough shape (which is usually how parts end up on the shelves in UTI classrooms, bad parts make great cheap training aids).

Edit: Yeah, the pics are kinda blurry, but I snapped 'em quick, and closeups are impossible with that phone.

That came out of a different Ford. The sticker says it was for a Cougar.

Well, then this topic can be moved out of the Taurus discussion.

Still, I like it. It's got this 80's feel that reminds me of the old Nintendo and I LOVE oldschool Nintendo.
