The bottom of my deck lid completely covers with condensation even when it isn't raining, thus in turn soaking the trunk. Is there anything that can be done about it?

I would bet weatherstripping, too. Would there be any other explanation?

Maybe you have a bad plug somewhere and you have fluid collecting somewhere like in the tire well. I would check around for wet spots and look for bad plugs in the holes (arounds tail lights, bottom of wheel well, that kinda thing)
