Yay! Great deal, I want it. Maybe he meant to put 1,200. Which that actually is a great deal.

I emailed the guy to clarify the price and he responded $12,000. If it was $1200, I might have taken a trip to go buy it.

 12 grand. Hahahhaha. Northern car, somewhat lower mileage, probably unwelded. He'd be lucky for half that.

I don't see how "need to sell fast" and $12k go together at all....
ROTFLMAO!

"deal of a lifetime" would be $1,200.00 for that car. I wonder what his drug of choice is?

You would have to "give me" a car that was from the northern rust belt. I wouldn't pay for somthing, nor would I work on somthing that has rust on the body and parts. $12k is close to what a new Fiesta would cost.

Someone should email him the kbb link.

I don't know why people think a car should go over it's excellant value because they did the things to keep it excellant.

Every time I have went to buy a used car, the person made a big deal because they changed the oil and rotated the tires. They wanted extra because it had been kept on a basic maintenance schedule.

Sho's have been a rare jewel nowadays....that's just their excuse. I can sell my '02 loaded SEL for half that...and only the shift lever is getting replaced. :)

You think that is bad...... there was a 94 or 95 (forget which) SHO in the car corral at Carlisle 1.5 weeks ago with 116K miles. It did look to be in fantastic near showroom condition. Didnt have a price listed on it. Later that day, I walked past it again and found / talked to the owner. He only wanted $39K for it. I almost spit up the hot dog I was eating!!
