I ordered a new serpentine belt tensioner from Auto Zone for my 96 Duratec. I pulled the old unit and when I went to install the new one I found that the bolt would not go through the mounting hole

The part was made by Dayco, who I believe made the OEM part for Ford. The new part's number on the box and all the paper work match what AutoZone have in their system. It looks to be otherwise the same part, but the bolt holt is too small on the new part.
I returned it to Auto Zone and will order one someplace else.

I ordered the Ford unit from Ford Parts Network and it fit correctly.
