Depends on when you want to run the fan. If it's when the car is running then get the Flexilite adjustable fan controller from Summit and then use it to ground out the fan relay coil.
To wire the fan directly takes a HD circuit of ~40 amps. I would only do this if you wanted to run the fans when the car was off.
