Before this gets too complicated, whats the best way to refill a 98 duratec without getting an airlock in the system??? ...I just changed the lower hoses/pipes and refilled the radiator using the upper hose(driver side). Now it seems there is an airlock or some reason that the coolant is not circulating. The heater hoses are not getting hot nor are the lower coolant hoses, and the air coming out of the vents with the heat at max is cold. But the engine is reading a normal, if not slightly hot temp.. dont wanna take it hot If I can avoid it. So whats the proper technique for refilling the system ? The only cap is on the expansion tank, and that tank keeps filling up higher and higher...??? Thanks in advance...
