So I had bought a cone filter for my Taurus off of ebay. The guy selling it sold it specifically for Taurus's. However when I tried to switch from the duratec to the vulcan engines the filter adapter that bolts up to the MAF doesn't match up. Anyone have ideas for what to do? Does anyone know where I could get an adapter?

The Vulcan MAF is 55mm, while the Duratec is 65mm. They're not the same unit, therefore they won't match up.
Correction. The Vulcan MAF is 65mm and the Duratec is 75mm.

You need to buy a new adapter. There's no way to line it up with a larger adapter, unless you upgrade your MAF.

Throw me an email and I'll get you a Vulcan adapter for $20. My adapters will fit exactly to fit your MAF. It's not a cheap universal aftermarket either. Since you are in a bind I won't charge you shipping. Or we can trade and I'll just charge you $3.85 for USPS shipping.

Yeah, sure. It will cost about $16 to overnight it, but it's only $3.85 for regular 3 day mail. I'll send you details to your email address.
