What are the most common rust areas on a G4?

I know Ford is known for the wheelwells (got it) and the door bottoms (got it on 3 of 4), but are there other spots on the Taurus/Sable? Under the rocker plastic, hood, trunk, ?

Thanks for any help!

The dogleg (the area between the rear door and the rear wheelwell) is well known for rusting and perforation.
I've seen it on at least 1/4 of all gen 4 models. :(

Interesting highlight from our 04 -- if you take the back seat out (bottom and back cushion), on each side, you'll see a piece of tape over a roughly 1/2 - 5/8" dia. hole on the upright (? C-pillar?).

I shot CorrosionX (anti-corrosion oil) as deep as I could, down into the dogleg and as far back toward the back bumper along the wheel well seam. Then I re-taped over the hole with -- of course -- duct tape.

We'll see in 3-4 years if it worked
