Well, tonight I got in my car, turned on the lights and noticed that the right side of my tach is dark.
So how do I go about fixing this, and would it be a good time to go for a euro cluster or something???

Thanks.

Yeah, most likely the light burned out. Just take the dash apart and replace it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to get the guages if you had the money since you're taking the dash aprat anyways.

That sucks - taking the dash apart was the part I was trying to avoid, lol. Anybody have instructions or anything on how to take it apart? Would anybody want to help me do it at the next meet?

I've been ignoring a burnt out blub behind my gas gauge for about 6 months now. Just can't decide if i want the white faces.

Would it make sence to change all the bulbs behind the cluster? I'd hate to go thru the trouble to change one and then have another blow after you put it all together.

Yeah, I think I'll be ignoring this one for a least a while, lol. Replacing them all isn't a bad idea at all - if/when I wind up going to the trouble of tearing that all apart I think I will just replace them all - Great Idea!

There was a thread on the old board about replacing them with LED lights that last longer, but i don't know if they were bright enough. It would be nice to get everything done in one shot...Lights, gauge faces, carbon fiber bezel....Am i missing something? (aside from a replacement cluster after breaking the needles trying to get the gauge faces on)

lol, I think you covered just about all of it.
The LED's sound like a good idea - those things last forever.

I think I will get the glow gauges (or whatever you call them, lol). Might as well do it while everything is torn apart. I will definitely wait for warmer weather to do this though. In the mean time I will start looking on ebay for the glow stuff.
