It is not consistent, but most of the time when breaking to slow down I can hear a light clicking noise coming from the rear break. What is you best guess as to what may be causing this noise. The car is a 2000 t- SW with 135k and the rotors and pads are fairly new, installed last year

I used to have a 99' Pontiac Grand Am and the front brakes would click, almost like bubble wrap popping when I would break and it turned out that I had a frozen caliper.
