Have a set Enkei wheels on my Taurus that are clear-coated, most store brand cleaners say not for clear-coats. What can I use????

Adams polishes has a green wheel cleaner that is water-based, safe for ALL wheel types, including clear-coated.

With clear coat, i always say anything that would trust on my paint, is something that ill trust on my wheels. I have pearl painted wheels so i dont use anything that i wouldnt consider using on my car. You can never beat good old car wash soap and water

For wheels i quit using those caustic/acidic commercial wheel cleaners. I just buy a big bottle of dish soap, and put it into a spray bottle with some water (diluted of course). Then I lightly go over the wheels with a rim cleaning brush, or just my hands and a separate cleaning mitt.

I have had no issues using Adams on clear coated wheels. I do not leave it on long or let it dry on.
