You would also need to get the turn signal lenses, the celicas' are much larger than ours. i thought about this myself but went/am goin the "easier" route by taking an aftermarket front-end and choppin it right under the headlights all the way across the bumper, using 1 cutline. after the cutting, size up where/how to mount your newly modified bumper. then a little fiberglass and resin and i'll be set. You could use some metal braces on the "inside" of the bumper using screws to mount them, as you will also need to smooth out this area after screwing in the brackets (a dremel tool is ideal for this process). i also need to figure out where to cut my factory bumper. i think the cutline will be where the top of the licenseplate holder meets the upper-part of the bumper. i'm gonna incorperate the "side" turn signals from the original bumper since it's gonna cost the same price and since I have the clear lenses. The aftermarket bumper I am using is the Invader-style bumper from a 99 Civic, with the exception that it's been cut.
