hey i just took my car in and it has a bad cat, unfortunately its the expensive one to fix so its not gonna happen, any sugestions, should i just get rid of it all together?
You could get an aftermarket cat with a high flow rate. One with CARB certification will be more than enough for emmisions legality in any state. Check summit racing or jeg's or somewhere like that. I couldn't tell you how much it would cost though.
I was wondering the same. All I ever see are universal type cats....why don't they design a high-flow cat for custom applications like they do mufflers and exhaust? You would think they'd sell good.
