If you mean the front bumper, take a look at this site. It's actually about installing a transmission cooler, but the bulk of the work is removing the bumper (the bumper cover, actually.)

Is this a complicated procedure? I would like to know if there are any hidden attachment spots before I get into it. Doesn't look too difficult, but looks can sometimes be deceiving...
