What is that pipe called that is conected to the EGR and has 2 tubes coming off of it to go to the DPFE. I broke it in half and need a new one.

I always called it the EGR Exhaust Pipe. Let me see if I can find out for you. If you are looking to buy one it will be a dealer/junkyard item. They are not sold at any parts house to my knowledge because they normally don't get broken unless someone isn't careful.
